Scott, good to hear from you and you make a good point. We can multiply ourselve by sending workers whose goal is to train national workers to reach the multiple concentric circles of people groups within range of their own pg.

Under the first challenge, I would add that it is also strategic to send our missionaries to countries and cultures closer to the most unreached to raise up and train missionaries to go to the most unreached. By going to these areas, we can multiply our personnel and resources stretch our limited resources further. It also shortens the cultural bridge our workers must cross and the workers we are investing in have a shorter distance to go than we do. This can alleviate other issues that our personnel face with being western, including security and visas, among others.

This also brings up a point of a collaborative strategy and effort, if not a merging of, the work between NAMB and IMB in reaching UPG individuals and families living in North America, and them being discipled and trained to return to their homelands to reach their people.

In challenge number 5, I think the priority being given to the 2+2 and 2+3 personnel is right on.

How are we faithfully training and equipping our missionaries theologically to ensure that they are on page with the IMB and Baptist churches? How can we be ensured that they agree theologically on major issues and not just signing the BFM and not running their own organizational strategies and promoting other doctrines overseas? What checks and balances are in place to ensure accountability?
